MerryBody combines Yoga and Pilates with the mindset work of self-belief, body confidence, and self-acceptance. Carla and Emma Papas started MerryBody as a Blog in 2013, it began as a blog to simply share their favourite healthy recipes, our thoughts on mindset, dieting, fitness and life in general.
